園内は、それぞれ異なるコンセプトを持つ12のテーマガーデンで構成されています。庭ごとに植栽や雰囲気が異なるため、散策しながらさまざまな景観を楽しめます。
5月から10月にかけては、週ごとのように主役となる花が入れ替わり、訪れる時期によって異なる花景色に出会えるのも魅力です。ハーブの種類も豊富で、花だけでなく香りや緑の美しさも感じられます。
季節ごとに移り変わる花の風景
春から秋まで長い期間にわたって花を楽しめることも、ゆにガーデンの大きな特徴です。
春の桜から始まり、初夏のリナリア、夏のユリ、秋のコスモスへと主役となる植物が変わっていきます。同じ庭園でも訪れる季節によって景色が大きく変わるため、何度訪れても新しい魅力を発見できます。
Kokia Hill
One of the garden's highlights is Kokia Hill, where approximately 32,000 kokia plants create one of the largest displays of these distinctive plants in Hokkaido.
The appearance of the hill changes dramatically with the seasons. The kokia begin with fresh green foliage before gradually turning vivid shades of red in autumn, creating an impressive seasonal landscape.
Center House, Farmers Market, and Inner Garden
The garden's Center House provides a convenient place to take a break, with a restaurant and shops where visitors can enjoy food and browse local products.
At the Farmers Market, visitors can purchase fresh vegetables and other agricultural products from the region. There is also an Inner Garden featuring fragrant herbs, including varieties that cannot survive Hokkaido's winter outdoors.
Explore the Garden by Herbie Bus
A sightseeing bus known as Herbie travels around the grounds, making it easier to explore the extensive garden. The bus is particularly convenient for visitors who want to enjoy the scenery without walking the entire 14.2-hectare site.
